Such a shitty travel agent. Don’t use them ever.
I have a return flight via a Boston layover. I land at 5pm. G1 booked my return for 5 am the next day. I checked delta and the they have a flight back at 8 pm the same day. I called G1 and asked them to change it. They said they can’t. I offered to pay full fare for the change but still no. I called Delta and they can’t change because G1 booked it. G1 customer service is horrible and couldn’t give a shit about my inconvenience or the fact that the hotel is going to set me back $300.00 or more. I have burned 4+ hours trying to fix this shit move and I cannot find anyone at gate 1 that care even a little. I will be trolling gate 1 on all social media for the foreseeable future.

Why did you agree to such bad connection when it was booked? Bookings are not done without agreement of traveler.

Anyone would be very upset with this bummer of a connection. But I agree with Littlera--it doesn't happen without your knowledge and/or (tacit) approval in the first place. Develop a connection with an agent so you have someone to go to and trust when making the reservation. Don't blame others for your inertia.
