A buddy and I have signed up for this trip, just wondering if there are any others going at the same time.

Additionally if anyone has been on this cruise (Moscow to St Petersburg) do you have any tips or advice?

I'll be traveling with a buddy.  He has done about 15 Gate 1 trips and this will be my 6th.   Really looking forward to it.  We are both from St Petersburg, FL.

We are Canadians booked on Aug 15 -25 cruise from St. p to Moscow.
Any other Canuks going or has anyone applied recntly for a Russian Tourist Visa ?822e3e7b-8c4c-4206-a89b-874df6abd198.jpeg822e3e7b-8c4c-4206-a89b-874df6abd198.jpeg
Have booked this tour for next Aug. and have several questions, that I could use answers to:
1) is the ships tap water safe to drink?
2) is there bottled water supplied daily to the fridge?
3) is there a hair dryer supplied in the cabin?
4) how many electric outlets are there in each cabin?
5) is there a "charge card" set up to pay for excursions, drinks, etc on board ?
Many thanks
Shaune

Re Credit cards: Gate 1 is based in the US. As a result, I was able to
use a credit cards to cover my extra tours on my trip to Istanbul. However,
they only accepted credit cards for charges of $250 or greater. If your credit
cards are from Canadian banks that could be a problem. Be sure to check
with Gate1 before departure.
FYI I have an account with Schwab bank that allows me to withdraw cash from ATMs
worldwild with no charges whatsoever.
