We're planning to take the 10 Day Classic Amsterdam, Bruges, Paris and London trip this summer. We tend to sign up for most of the optional excursions on tours, even though they can be pricey, just for the convenience. But we're not sure yet about this one. Can anyone who's taken this trip, or who's otherwise attended the dinner and show at Nouvelle Eve, comment? How did you enjoy it? It's by far the most expensive option on the trip at US$170 per person for dinner and a show. Is it THAT spectacular?

We did a tour last summer with Amsterdam, Germany, Belgium, and France and this was not available. On your tour it is only available with Wednesday departure. Does this apply to your trip? Spendy, but looks nice.

Yes, we're taking a Wednesday trip. The cabaret looks like fun, but for that kind of money, we could see two or three official touring Broadway productions in our home town. I don't know if it looks THAT fun. :)

Yeah, if it were us we would probably give it a pass and find a nice dinner on our own. You could almost go to Tour de Argent for that price.

We just recently had a 3 days trip to Ireland, We are actually two people me and my fiance, I booked a ticket from Essen to Ireland we had two cities to visit as it's a short trip, We had planned to go to Howth (Irish village), and Dublin which was amazing.

Our total budget €600 for three days trip including living and ticket expense. Here's to plan a trip from scratch with plenty of travel planning hotel, parenting and travel websites which might help to plan your trip even tho you have a low budget.

We didn't do the Nouvelle Eve in the end. Those on our tour who did really enjoyed it, but we had a good time ourselves. I think that was the evening that we found an authentic Beijing noodle shop not too far from the hotel, where the chef was making the noodles from scratch out front. WOW was it good, and it made my wife sooooo happy. :)
