Hello,

Could anyone who has taken this tour give me any feedback on optional the tours? Which ones you enjoyed or if there were any I should skip. Thanks!

I did a longer version of your tour a few years ago and did all of the options listed except the Hanoi home hosted dinner which was not offered then so can't comment on that one. All of the others are highly recommended. None are expensive and not taking them will diminish your total experience a lot. You are going a long way to miss out on fine activities.

You can go to Hue, i have met some people here, they're the nicest. There are alot of places to travel here like: the old ruins of Hue Citadel, Co Ha garden, Doi Vong Canh (Sightseeing hills), Thien Mu pagoda (remember to dress full clothes when go to Vietnamese pagodas), Khai Dinh Tomb and many more, mostly are the ruins from Nguyen's dynasty.

Or you can go to Phu Quoc island, there are many beautiful beaches, unexplored islands, you can rent a mortorbike to travel all around the main island.
Do you want to travel to Vietnam ? I hope you can find more about Vietnam Travel Guides
